With over 20 years in the hair industry, Sam is the founder and creative force behind Si Organics. Internationally trained and recognised with multiple awards during her time in the UK, she brings extensive experience in hairstyling and precision cutting, alongside a genuine belief that great hair should always feel personal. Si grew from Sam’s vision to create a salon where beautiful hair, self-care and wellbeing could exist together: a space where people feel looked after from the moment they arrive. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find her practising yoga, walking Noosa’s beaches or spending time with her family.

With over 30 years in the industry, Trent brings an incredible depth of knowledge and experience to Si, having worked across Australia and internationally as a stylist, salon owner and educator, including founding the renowned Marshall Academy Hairdressing in Tasmania. A master of the CurlyGirl method, he has a particular love for working with natural curls and texture, alongside precision cutting and men’s styling. Generous with his knowledge and seriously good at his craft, Trent brings decades of expertise to the chair while making every appointment feel completely at ease.

With over 19 years of experience across Northern NSW and Melbourne, Jenna has a love for beautiful, low-maintenance colour, specialising in balayage, rich tones and considered colour that works with the person wearing it. Her attention to detail, warm approach and knowledge of Oway make her a natural fit at Si, with hair health always part of the conversation. When she’s not behind the chair, Jenna’s creative side continues through painting and playing guitar, usually with her dog Hank not too far away.

A Sunshine Coast local and homegrown Si talent, Em has a particular love for bright, beautiful blondes and sun-kissed colour, bringing her eye for detail and naturally warm energy to everything she does. After completing her apprenticeship with Si and recently stepping into life as a mum, Em now supports the salon in a more behind-the-scenes role while remaining a much-loved part of the team and keeping her connection to the hair world she loves.

Originally from Tasmania, Izzy joined Si in 2024 and quickly found her place on the Sunshine Coast, bringing a love for lived-in colour, blondes, long hair and lobs to the salon. Her approach is effortless and considered, with a keen eye for creating hair that feels beautiful without feeling overdone, alongside a genuine interest in sustainable, organic haircare. When she’s away from the chair, you’ll usually find her making the most of her new coastal home and soaking up the Noosa sun.

A Sunshine Coast local and one of Si’s emerging talents, Kalani has grown from supporting our senior stylists to stepping further into her apprenticeship and beginning to create beautiful hair of her own. She brings fresh energy, a genuine eagerness to learn and the warm nature our clients already know and love, plus, her head massages have earned a reputation of their own. With every appointment and every new skill, Kalani is finding her style behind the chair, and we’re very excited to watch what comes next.

With over seven years in the industry, including six spent working in Sydney, Victoria specialises in natural, lived-in colour and seamless balayage designed to complement the person wearing it. Her background in makeup artistry and special effects gives her an incredible eye for colour, detail and balance, while her calm, thoughtful approach makes the experience in her chair feel just as considered as the result. Now calling Noosa home, Victoria brings creativity, genuine care and a love for beautiful, effortless hair to the Si team.

Originally from Sydney, Scarlett brings a beautiful calm energy to Si and a love for effortless blondes and lived-in colour. Her approach is thoughtful and considered, taking the time to understand what her clients want and creating hair that feels natural, wearable and completely their own. With genuine care, a keen eye and an easy warmth in the chair, Scarlett is a beautiful part of the Si team.

As one of Si’s apprentices, Janie is learning her craft surrounded by a team of experienced stylists, building her skills, confidence and own approach to hair with every day in the salon. Warm, eager and always ready to get involved, she’s already become such a beautiful part of the Si team, and we can’t wait to watch her grow.

Our front-of-house and one of the first faces you’ll see at Si, Kate is the calm, welcoming energy that keeps the salon flowing and makes everyone feel at home from the moment they walk through the door. She’s the person behind the little details, warm hellos and all the things that make a day at Si run beautifully.
