With over 19 years of experience in the hairdressing industry across the globe, Sam is the founder and creative force behind Si Organics Noosa. An internationally trained stylist, she honed her craft in the UK, where she received multiple awards for her exceptional skills in hairstyling and precision cutting. Sam’s mission is to enhance each client’s unique beauty, ensuring they leave feeling confident, pampered and empowered.
Beyond her role as a stylist, Sam’s vision for Si Organics was to create a sanctuary where self-care, health, and beauty harmoniously combine. Every element of the salon reflects her passion for holistic wellness and nurturing experiences. When she’s not in the salon, Sam enjoys practicing yoga, walking along Noosa’s stunning beaches, and spending time with her family. Her dedication to hairdressing and wellbeing makes her a true leader and inspiration to her team and clients alike.

Trent is one of Australia’s leading hairstylists, bringing over 30 years of experience to Si Organics. Originally trained in Tasmania, Trent has worked across Australia and internationally as both a stylist and educator. His impressive career includes founding his own salon and the renowned Marshall Academy Hairdressing, which has trained countless apprentices in Tasmania.
As a master of the “CurlyGirl” method, Trent specialises in enhancing natural curls and textures. His expertise also extends to precision cutting and men’s styling, making him a versatile and highly sought-after stylist. Outside the salon, Trent is passionate about sharing his knowledge and continues to inspire both clients and fellow professionals with his artistry and experience.

Jenna brings over 19 years of experience and a wealth of creativity to Si Organics. Having worked in both tranquil Northern NSW and the stylish inner streets of Melbourne, Jenna has mastered the art of creating stunning, low-maintenance colour transformations. She specialises in balayage, rich tones, and enhancing natural beauty through tailored colour techniques.
Jenna’s deep understanding of the Oway product range and commitment to sustainable, effective haircare align perfectly with Si Organics’ values. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and warm, personable approach, Jenna is a sought-after stylist. In her downtime, you’ll find her painting, playing guitar, or enjoying time with her dog, Hank.

A proud Sunshine Coast local, Em has quickly become a standout stylist at Si Organics with her bright, beautiful blonde creations. Recently completing her apprenticeship, Em specialises in sun-kissed tones and radiant blonde styles, bringing her vibrant energy and attention to detail to every client she works with.
As Em embraces her new role as a mum, she steps into a supportive role within the salon, focusing on administrative work while continuing to nurture her love for blondes. Her dedication to both her family and the Si Organics community makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Originally from Tasmania, Isabelle has brought her talent and passion for hair to the Sunshine Coast, joining Si Organics in early 2024. Specialising in lived-in colours, blondes, long hair, and lobs, Izzy creates effortlessly beautiful styles that enhance her clients’ natural beauty. Her creative approach and keen eye for detail ensure stunning results every time.
Izzy’s enthusiasm for sustainable, organic haircare and her dedication to perfecting her craft have quickly made her a lovable part of the family at Si Organics. Outside the salon, you can find Izzy exploring her new coastal home and soaking in the Noosa sun.

Kalani is our enthusiastic emerging stylist, bringing fresh energy and a passion for learning to Si Organics. A Sunshine Coast local, she is already impressing clients with her exceptional head massages and warm, friendly nature. Kalani supports the senior stylists, learning from the best in the industry to refine her skills and grow her expertise.
